Delivery & Returns

SHIPPING

Standard Shipping is FREE Australia-Wide for all orders over $100.

Standard Shipping on all orders under $100 will be flat rate of $10.

We currently do not offer International Shipping, but please feel free to contact us at info@mimosabyronbay.com.au as we can arrange special shipments. 

 

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays. Orders that are places on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

All orders placed Monday – Friday (before 1pm) are dispatched within 24 hours. There may be slight delays during public holidays, sale periods and shipping delays due to Covid-19 that are beyond our control.

Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have pre-ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email, at which time you have the option of choosing a different item or receiving a refund.

All items that are on pre-order may take between 4-6 weeks to be dispatched.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Australia-wide deliveries may take up to 3-7 working days, depending on location. If you do not receive your order after 7 working days of being dispatched, please email info@mimosabyronbay.com.au so we can follow this up for you.

* PLEASE NOTE – Due to COVID-19 our current shipping times may be longer than expected. Please be patient and give your order a little bit extra time to reach you.

 

RETURNS 

At Mimosa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so our returns policy has been designed to be as easy as possible!

Our return policy is valid for up to 30-days, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We will gladly offer store credit for the value of your purchase on all full priced items that are unworn and in original condition. Please note, we do not issue refunds for a change of mind or for an incorrect purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless faulty.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings (for hygiene reasons), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept exchange or return of rings for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please refer to the sizing provided in the description before purchasing.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 
All purchases on sale items are final.

* PLEASE NOTE – We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our standards. 

Any return item(s) that is deemed a change of mind, must be intact and in a saleable condition. Mimosa will not accept your return if we consider the item(s) used, damaged, or broken due to inappropriate packaging via transit, misuse or wear and tear.

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a notification email of the return status. Please allow up to 2 days for your refund or store credit to be processed.
